Helen has been a professional entertainment and lifestyle writer for almost three decades. Her editing and writing credits include online publications like Scripps News, GameSpot, The Mommy Gamers, The Learned Fangirl, and The FreeTV Project. She has also been featured in numerous print magazines and contributed to several books, including The Unofficial Hogwarts for the Holidays cookbook from 2020. She has written for Looper since 2020.

Education

Helen graduated from Wellesley College with a B.A. in political science. She also has one master's degree in journalism from Columbia University and a second one in conservation biology from Miami University.
