Elden Ring Actor Hilariously Responds To Thirsty Fans

With "Elden Ring" being one of the most popular games of 2022 and one of FromSoftware's best works, the fandom has ballooned. This means that fans are all over the internet talking about their favorite parts of the game. Some gamers love speculating what the "Elden Ring" DLC might look like, while other fans love using katanas to strike down bosses in the Lands Between. There is also a massive part of the fanbase that loves fantasizing and creating fan content about the different characters in "Elden Ring." While Ranni the Witch or Fia the deathbed companion, might be the first characters to come to mind when it comes to an overly imaginative community, the real champion of the people is Blaidd.

The wolf-man himself is the subject of some real internet thirst, so much so that Buzzfeed got the voice actor for Blaidd to read some tweets about the character. In the video, Scott Arthur, the Welsh actor who voices Blaidd, gave a quick explanation of how to properly pronounce Blaidd (it's like "Blithe" but not "Blythe," he said). Arthur also acknowledged that because Blaidd is a wolf-man that stands on two legs, he has been popular with the furry community. That's where the video started, and Arthur hadn't even begun to read the tweets yet.

Blaidd's voice actor enjoys the saucy tweets

The very first tweet Arthur read set the tone quickly, reading, "Let me go talk to my wolf boyfriend. Because honest to god, with that voice, even I would F*** him," to which Arthur just responded "thank you very much." Another comment referred to Blaidd as "thicc" which caused Arthur to point out that he is not responsible for the physical appearance of the character — the team at FromSoftware is — but he is happy to take any compliments thrown his way.

Another tweet said "Please make more sexy animal men [FromSoftware,] please!" Arthur responded by saying "Listen Miyazaki, that is a request." The video continues on with many, many more incredibly lewd tweets about Blaidd the wolf-man and how the community would really like to get down and dirty with him. While the overwhelming thirst might put some people off, Arthur seemed to really enjoy reading the tweets, although there was one he refused to read. The actor took the compliments, no matter how wild, with a humble sort of acceptance, thanking fans for supporting the game. While FromSoftware seems to really know what it's doing when it comes to making games, the community wants them to take notes and include more attractive animal people in future titles.
