Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga: How To Solve The Locked Out Puzzle
Lego sets and video games have been made from some of the biggest IP in the world, from "Harry Potter" and "Lord of the Rings" to "Indiana Jones" and "Batman," but few of them have been more successful than the "Lego Star Wars" saga. Perhaps it's because "Star Wars" Legos have been such an integral (and successful) part of the toy company's history, or perhaps it's simply because Lego offers such a fun medium to bring these stories from a galaxy far, far away to life.
In either case, fans have been anticipating "Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga" ever since it was first announced back in 2019. Now, after undergoing an unfortunate crunch-heavy development, the game has arrived. This newest installment in the series allows gamers to play through some of the most iconic moments from across all nine "Star Wars" films. Like all Lego games, it's also chock-full of puzzles. Some of these puzzles are quite simple, while others can be really challenging to figure out.
One of the sections many "Lego Star Wars" fans have struggled with is the "Locked Out" puzzle in the city of Theed on Naboo. Here's how to solve it.
Getting the passkey
As shown in a video by GosuNoob, the puzzle can be initiated by finding a man in Theed — whom the game calls "Locked-out Local" — stranded outside one of the large stone buildings. This particular building has two pink neon banners hanging from either side of the entryway. He will explain that a locksmith installed a fancy new password-controlled lock on his door, but forgot to tell him the passkey to get in. Players will need to use a Protocol Droid character in order to use the console just outside the locked door. After speaking with the man and accessing the terminal, players will then need to travel to the Uscru distinct on Coruscant.
Players will need to find a building with a sign out front that looks like a steaming frying pan. It's located on the lower level of the city on the northeastern portion of the map. Inside, players will find another terminal with a green hologram of a key floating over it. Use the protocol droid character again to access the terminal.
Then all that's left to do is to return to the building in Theed and use the newly acquired password to open the door. As noted by Gamers Heroes, you have to select the password labeled "Theed Residence" for the lock mechanism to activate. The formerly locked-out man will not thank the player, but they will find a Kyber Brick inside the building as their reward.
