Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed gameplay
The goal of the game for the Ghostbusters is to track down the enemy player Ghost and trap them. This is done by tracking the ghost will tools and using the Proton Pack and wands to tether the Ghost and wear them down. Eventually the Ghostbusters will be able to use a Ghost Trap to capture the enemy player Ghost and win the match. The Ghostbusters will have to move quickly though, because if the citizens or the map get too haunted, the Ghost will win.
On the flip side, the Ghost needs to terrorize civilians and use slime to drive out people and Ghostbusters alike. If the Ghost succeeds in driving away the Ghostbusters through the power of spookiness, they win the match. There will also be a variety of different ghosts to use in the game, including the iconic Slimer. Each ghost will have different abilities, all of which can be upgraded between matches.
