Scrolls are used once you've chosen a profession at level six. You will open up a skill tree that will unlock or strengthen abilities and stats. You will find some scrolls just through playing the game, as they are offered as rewards in many different areas. If you need to find some, here are the places they can turn up.

Complete traces: Every time you complete a trace, you will have a chance to obtain scrolls. As long as you can keep your spell energy up, you will have the chance to earn more scrolls.

Complete rank rewards in your Registry: You receive rewards every time you reach a new rank on one of your Registry pages. Often, these rewards will include scrolls.

Finish Daily Assignments: It's a good idea to check your Daily Assignments every time you log in to Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. They can usually be completed fairly quickly, and scrolls are one of the more valuable resources you can often earn from them.
